Recipients of the personal data processed: when you contact us through the contact forms of F.initiatives’ NeoPhi website, the team dedicated to the NeoPhi service passes on, where relevant, your contact details and the nature of your request to the departments concerned and/or to F.initiatives’ management, in order to handle your request.
Purpose of the processing: to receive and handle contact requests from users of F.initiatives’ NeoPhi website; to contact the website users who ask for it, and to put them in touch with the right people internally.

Your rights over your personal data
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have several rights over your personal data, which complement your right to be informed that your data is collected and what becomes of it.
Request for access to your personal data (GDPR article 15, “Right of access by the data subject”): when you want to know whether or not F.initiatives processes your personal data and, if so, to obtain a copy of it and the details of the processing.
Request for rectification of your personal data (GDPR article 16, “Right to rectification”): when you consider that some of your data is inaccurate or incomplete and ask for it to be updated as soon as possible.
Request for erasure of your personal data (GDPR article 17, “Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)”): when you no longer want your data to be processed by F.initiatives; you then withdraw your consent, together with any link to, copy or reproduction of your data.
Request for restriction of processing (GDPR article 18, “Right to restriction of processing”): when you want your data to be set aside so that it is only kept temporarily and, apart from being stored, can only be processed with your consent.
Request for data portability (GDPR article 20, “Right to data portability”): asking for your data to be exported and transferred to another company.
Objection to processing (GDPR article 21, “Right to object”): stopping any processing of your data under certain conditions, namely processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest by the controller, processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or a third party, or when you no longer want your personal data to be processed for direct marketing purposes.
Refusal of profiling (GDPR article 22, “Automated individual decision-making, including profiling”): asking not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
